1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Beam Energy website, requesting a survey, generating a quotation, submitting documents, or making any payment, the customer is considered to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all website users, customers, and booking-related interactions.

2. Company Services

Beam Energy provides solar solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and selected project-based requirements, subject to feasibility and service availability. All services, products, support, and process stages are handled as per the company's approved scope and operational policy.

3. Quotation Basis

Any quotation generated through the website is based on the details selected or entered by the customer, along with the company's current internal pricing and technical assumptions. The final project cost may change after site survey, technical review, updated material pricing, or project-specific requirements.

4. Booking Confirmation

Any online booking, booking amount payment, or project confirmation through the website is treated as the start of the project process, not as final installation completion. Booking remains subject to document verification, site feasibility, technical approval, and company process clearance.

5. Customer Details and Documents

The customer must provide correct name, contact details, site address, and all required documents in clear and valid form. Any delay, issue, rejection, or mismatch caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information will remain the customer's responsibility.

6. Site Survey and Technical Feasibility

Free survey or site visit is meant to check roof condition, installation feasibility, panel placement, structure requirement, wiring route, and related technical factors. Final design, material quantity, system layout, and execution method may change depending on actual site condition.

7. Scope of Work

Beam Energy will provide products and services only as per the final approved quotation and project scope. Any extra requirement such as additional structure work, extra wiring, extra earthing, civil modification, safety work, or customer-requested changes may be charged separately.

8. Pricing, GST, and Additional Charges

All pricing is subject to applicable taxes, internal pricing updates, and project-specific technical conditions. GST and other applicable charges may be calculated separately or adjusted as per final billing logic, and any approved extra work will be added to the final payable amount.

9. Payment Terms

The booking amount is collected to initiate and reserve the project process. Remaining payment will be collected as per the agreed project stage, and delay in payment may affect procurement, scheduling, dispatch, installation, or project completion timeline.

10. Subsidy Terms

Any government subsidy is subject to eligibility, government rules, document approval, portal process, and final decision of the concerned authority. Beam Energy may guide or support the process, but subsidy approval, amount, and disbursement are not guaranteed by the company.

11. Loan / EMI Support

Loan or EMI support, where available, depends on customer profile, finance partner policy, document approval, and lender decision. Beam Energy may assist with coordination, but loan approval, EMI terms, or finance disbursement remain subject to third-party approval.

12. Installation Timeline

Any installation timeline shared by Beam Energy is an estimated working timeline based on normal project flow. Actual completion may vary due to weather, customer-side delay, material availability, authority approvals, site condition, technical changes, or other factors beyond direct control.

13. Warranty, AMC, and Technical Support

Warranty and support will apply only as per the final approved offer, selected products, and applicable company/manufacturer policy. Any 1 year free AMC, 5 years complete setup warranty, or lifetime technical support will apply only within the defined scope, conditions, and eligible project category.

14. Cancellation, Refund, and Liability

Cancellation and refund, if applicable, will be reviewed based on project stage, work already completed, material handling, and company policy. Beam Energy will not be liable for delays, losses, or issues caused by government departments, DISCOM processes, portal issues, transport delays, weather, customer-side problems, or other external factors beyond company control.

15. Jurisdiction and Policy Updates

Any dispute arising out of website use, quotation, booking, payment, or project execution will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the company's operating location. Beam Energy reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
