Delivery / Installation Policy
Last Updated: June 06, 2026
1. Introduction
This Delivery / Installation Policy explains how Beam Energy handles project movement after booking, including survey, technical review, material planning, delivery, installation, and handover. It applies to residential, commercial, industrial, and selected project-based solar installations handled by the company.
2. Service Coverage Area
Beam Energy provides its services in active serviceable areas based on operational support, team availability, and project feasibility. Service coverage may vary depending on project location, site condition, and practical execution support available at that time.
3. Booking and Project Initiation
Project movement normally begins only after booking confirmation, required customer details, and applicable payment step are completed. A booking or online confirmation is treated as the start of project processing, but actual execution remains subject to survey, technical approval, and operational readiness.
4. Document Verification and Process Readiness
Before delivery or installation movement, Beam Energy may verify customer details, site information, and required documents. Any delay caused by incomplete, incorrect, or unclear documents may affect survey planning, project scheduling, subsidy-related process, or installation timeline.
5. Site Survey and Technical Review
Where required, Beam Energy may conduct a site survey or technical review before final execution. This helps assess roof condition, usable area, panel placement, wiring route, structure requirement, earthing requirement, safety conditions, and other practical factors necessary for proper installation.
6. Final Scope Confirmation
The final installation scope will depend on the approved quotation, actual site condition, and technical feasibility. If any major difference is found between the original assumption and the actual site condition, the company may revise the project scope, material requirement, timeline, or commercial terms after informing the customer.
7. Material Planning and Delivery
Project material may be planned and delivered according to the execution stage, site readiness, and internal installation schedule. In some cases, all material may not be delivered immediately after booking, and delivery may be aligned with practical project flow and handling convenience.
8. Customer Site Readiness
The customer is expected to keep the installation site reasonably ready for execution. This includes proper roof access, working space, electrical access, and removal of major obstacles where required. Delay in site readiness may directly affect project scheduling and execution timing.
9. Installation Timeline
Any timeline shared by Beam Energy is an estimated working timeline based on normal project conditions. Actual installation may vary depending on document completion, site readiness, material availability, weather conditions, technical requirements, and approval-related stages beyond direct company control.
10. Delay Due to External Conditions
Beam Energy will not be held directly responsible for delays caused by weather, transport issues, market shortage, labour availability, electricity department process, government approval, portal issues, or other external factors. In such cases, the company will continue coordination, but final timing may depend on practical circumstances.
11. Additional Work or Variation During Installation
If extra wiring, additional structure work, extra earthing, civil adjustment, shifting work, safety support, or any other additional requirement arises during actual execution, such work may be treated as additional scope. Any such variation may be discussed with the customer and may be charged separately where applicable.
12. Utility / Department Process
Where the project involves electricity department process, net meter, load-related work, inspection, subsidy movement, or other utility-stage activity, those stages may depend on the relevant authority. Beam Energy may assist in coordination, but final approval, movement, and speed remain subject to external departmental process.
13. Completion and Handover
Project completion and handover will depend on the approved scope, installation stage, basic checking, and applicable payment status. In some cases, physical installation may be completed while certain department-related or external approval stages remain pending, and such stages may continue separately.
14. Post-installation Support
Post-installation support, AMC support, and technical guidance will be provided as per the approved offer, company policy, and applicable service scope. Any free AMC, complete setup warranty, or lifetime technical support will apply only within the defined terms, eligible project type, and approved service conditions.
