Beam Energy provides solar installation services. Our delivery timeline is as follows:

  • Quote Confirmation: Instant via email after quote generation
  • Site Survey: Within 2-3 business days after quote acceptance
  • Installation Scheduling: Within 7-14 days after site survey approval
  • Installation Completion: 3-7 days depending on system size and complexity
  • Commissioning & Activation: Within 1-2 days after installation

2. Service Activation

After installation and commissioning:

  • System activation confirmation email sent within 24 hours
  • User manual and documentation provided
  • Warranty certificates issued
  • AMC activation (if applicable)

3. Delivery Areas

We currently provide services in:

  • Primary Service Area: Vidarbha Region, Maharashtra
  • Coverage: Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Wardha, Yavatmal, Bhandara, Gondia, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli and surrounding areas
  • For areas outside our primary service area, please contact us for availability

4. Installation Process

  1. Quote Generation: Customer receives instant quote via email
  2. Payment: Payment processing through secure payment gateways
  3. Site Survey: Technical team visits site for assessment
  4. Material Procurement: Ordering and delivery of solar equipment
  5. Installation: Professional installation by certified technicians
  6. Commissioning: System testing and grid connection (if applicable)
  7. Handover: System handover with documentation

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
