Return / Replacement Policy
Last Updated: June 06, 2026
1. Introduction
This Return / Replacement Policy explains how Beam Energy handles return requests, replacement cases, damaged material claims, and product-related issues after supply or installation. It applies to products, accessories, and system components provided as part of a solar project, subject to the company's approved scope and review process.
2. Nature of Solar Projects
Solar projects are customized and site-based in nature, and therefore they are not treated like regular retail product purchases. Once products are planned, dispatched, fitted, installed, or integrated into the approved system, normal return conditions do not apply in the same way as standard online or shop purchases.
3. General Return Restriction
Products or materials supplied for a solar project are generally non-returnable once they have been installed, mounted, wired, cut, used, or technically integrated into the system. Return eligibility, if any, will always depend on the actual stage of delivery, installation, usage, and technical condition of the material.
4. Replacement for Damaged or Wrong Material
If a customer receives a wrong item, visibly damaged item, or materially defective component, Beam Energy may review the case for correction or replacement. Such cases must be reported as early as possible with proper photos, videos, or other proof so that the company can assess the condition and take the appropriate decision.
5. Reporting Time for Claims
Any issue related to transit damage, wrong supply, visible defect, or missing item should be reported to Beam Energy within a reasonable time after delivery or identification. Delay in reporting may affect the replacement review process, especially where product condition or handling cannot be properly verified afterward.
6. Installed Products and Fitted Materials
Once products such as panels, inverter, structure components, cables, earthing material, AC/DC box, or related accessories are installed or fitted at site, they will generally not qualify for normal return. In such cases, the company may review the issue for repair, correction, or replacement only if a genuine technical defect or verified supply issue exists.
7. Manufacturer Warranty and Company Replacement
Some product issues may fall under manufacturer warranty rather than direct return by Beam Energy. In such cases, Beam Energy may guide or support the process, but product repair or replacement may remain subject to the manufacturer's policy, technical review, and warranty terms applicable to that product.
8. Non-returnable and Excluded Cases
Return or replacement may not be applicable where the issue arises due to customer-side damage, misuse, mishandling, unauthorized modification, third-party repair, accidental breakage, improper storage, or physical damage after delivery. Custom-cut, installed, site-used, or project-specific materials will also normally be treated as non-returnable unless a verified company-side issue is found.
9. Replacement Review Process
Every return or replacement request will be reviewed individually by Beam Energy on the basis of actual condition, installation stage, usage status, technical findings, and available proof. Submission of a complaint or request does not mean automatic replacement approval, and the final decision will depend on company review and applicable product policy.
10. Unused and Uninstalled Material
In limited cases, unused and uninstalled material may be reviewed separately if it is still in original condition and has not been damaged, altered, or used for project execution. Even in such cases, return or adjustment will depend on the type of material, project stage, procurement condition, and company approval.
11. Custom Procurement and Special Orders
If any item has been specially arranged, custom-procured, reserved, or supplied against a project-specific requirement, such material may not qualify for normal return. This includes special panel models, custom structure material, non-standard accessories, or any item arranged specifically on the basis of the customer's approved project requirement.
12. Resolution Method
Where a genuine issue is confirmed, Beam Energy may decide the suitable resolution in the form of replacement, repair support, technical correction, equivalent adjustment, or other practical remedy depending on the nature of the issue. The company is not required to follow a single fixed resolution in every case if another practical and technically valid solution is more appropriate.
13. Final Approval and Policy Updates
All return and replacement matters will remain subject to final approval by Beam Energy after technical and operational review. The company reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Return / Replacement Policy from time to time based on business needs, product categories, supplier terms, or operational requirements.
