1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for the following cases:

  • Defective Products: Products with manufacturing defects covered under warranty
  • Wrong Products: Products delivered that don't match the order
  • Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during delivery (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Unused Products: Unopened, unused products returned within 7 days of delivery

  3. Our team will verify eligibility and provide return authorization
  4. Return the product in original packaging with all accessories
  5. We will inspect the returned product
  6. Refund or replacement will be processed within 7-14 business days

3. Return Conditions

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
  • Products must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Return request must be made within the specified time period

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products installed and commissioned
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence
  • Products returned after the return period
  • Services already rendered

5. Return Shipping

  • For defective or wrong products: We will arrange pickup at no cost
  • For other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after product inspection
  • Payment gateway fees may be deducted
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days

7. Replacement Policy

For defective products under warranty:

  • We will replace with the same or equivalent product
  • Replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days
  • Installation of replacement (if needed) will be arranged
