1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered as the start of the project process with Beam Energy. It confirms your intent to proceed with the solar setup, but it does not mean that the project has been fully approved, completed, or installed at that stage.
2. Quotation Basis
The quotation is based on your selected setup, available project details, and standard assumptions at the time of booking. Final cost may change if site conditions, selected products, or project requirements are different from the initial details.
3. Scope of Work
Beam Energy will provide the solar setup and related work as per the final approved quotation. This may include solar panels, inverter, structure, AC/DC distribution components, earthing, installation, and standard accessories mentioned in the project scope.
4. Site Condition & Variation
Final material requirement, structure work, wiring route, safety support, and installation method depend on the actual site condition. If any difference is found during survey or execution, the project scope, cost, or timeline may be revised after informing the customer.
5. Customer Details & Documents
The customer must provide correct personal details, site details, and all required documents in clear and valid form. Any delay, mismatch, or issue caused by incorrect or incomplete information may affect booking, subsidy, approval, or installation progress.
6. Subsidy Terms
Any government subsidy is subject to scheme eligibility, document approval, portal process, and final decision of the concerned authority. Beam Energy may assist in the process, but subsidy approval, subsidy amount, and subsidy disbursement are not guaranteed by the company.
7. Payment Terms
The booking amount is collected to confirm the project and reserve the initial process. Remaining payment will be collected as per the agreed project stage, and any additional approved work beyond the quotation may be charged separately.
8. Installation Timeline
The installation timeline shared by Beam Energy is an estimated timeline and may vary depending on document completion, site readiness, weather conditions, material availability, technical requirements, and approval-related stages. The company will make reasonable efforts to complete the project on time.
9. Warranty, AMC & Support
Warranty and service support will be applicable as per the approved quotation, manufacturer terms, and company policy. If free AMC or lifetime technical support is included, it will apply only within the defined service scope and conditions.
10. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund will be reviewed based on the project stage, work already completed, and company policy. The booking amount may be refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable depending on the actual stage of the process.
11. Liability, Approval & Jurisdiction
Beam Energy will not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, transport, government approvals, electricity department processes, portal issues, or other external factors beyond company control. By continuing the booking, the customer is considered to have accepted these terms, and any dispute will be subject to the applicable company jurisdiction.
